RETURNS POLICY

  1. To request for a replacement, customers are required to provide photographic evidence of the products manufacturing defects/damage within 10 days. If the case meets the guidelines mentioned above, we will happily cover related cost to deliver a replacement or provide a refund. Please submit via contact us.

  2. Alternatively, to be eligible for our 30-Day Money Back Guaranteed the customer must return the products within 30 days in its unused and original condition. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and once the parcel has been received at our warehouse, a full refund will be issued within 10-14 days. 

  3. Orders which received Free Shipping will be assessed a $6.99 fee for our  30-Day Money Back Guarantee.
  4. Returns subject to 10% Restocking Fee for Unused items. 20% Restocking fee applies for items which have been used.

  5. To initiate a return customer can log into their account and follow the steps.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

Your cancellation is automatically confirmed providing it is within 2 hours from the date of purchase. (Please allow 10-14 days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method)

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and processed for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.

If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.

Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
